baharozs.com is run by Bahar Özseymen (baharozs studio), San Francisco, California. In short: I only collect what I need to send your artwork, answer your messages and send Studio Notes if you sign up. I never sell your information.

What I collect

• Orders: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if given) and order details. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments (powered by Stripe), PayPal or Venmo. I never see or store your full card or bank details.

• Messages: your name, email and what you write when you contact me.

• Studio Notes: your email address, and standard email statistics such as opens and clicks.

• Browsing: Squarespace and Google Analytics collect basic usage information (pages visited, device type, approximate location and referring site) using cookies.

How I use it
To fulfill and ship your order, reply to your messages, send Studio Notes if you’ve subscribed and confirmed, understand how the site is used, and meet my tax and legal obligations.

Who I share it with
Only the services that run this shop: Squarespace (website, checkout, email and analytics), Google (Analytics), my payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and shipping carriers and the label service I use (USPS, UPS, Pirate Ship). I don’t sell or rent your information. I’ll disclose it only if the law requires me to.

Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for the cart, checkout and security, plus analytics cookies from Squarespace and Google Analytics. You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner, change your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you.

Your choices and rights

• You can unsubscribe from Studio Notes at any time using the link in every email.

• You can ask me for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@baharozs.com. I’ll respond within 30 days.

• EU and UK visitors: under the GDPR, you can also object to or restrict how your data is used, and complain to your local data protection authority. I process order data to fulfill your purchase, and newsletter and analytics data with your consent.

• California residents: you can ask what personal information I’ve collected about you. I don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.

Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here with a new date.
